Us sitting and waiting for a table. We were promised that if we bought our tickets in advance, we would wait. We did, for almost 2 hours. (not a joke). They claimed it was because we were a group of 3, but their website said nothing of this, and they sat 2 groups of three that bought tickets there and came after us.
